Refunds, Customs & Shipping Policy

Returns:
All returns will require a RAN (Return Authorization Number). If an item is defective please contact us immediately to initiate defective return authorization. You will be issued an RAN number and instructions for return. We review all issues on a case by case basis with your 100% satisfaction in mind. We stand behind everything we sell.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover initial shipping charges.

Shipping:
All items are shipped out from Canada. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Typically most orders should ship within 1-5 business days of order date. Customs:
When making your purchase please remember you are responsible for any customs clearance and customs duty if applicable. Please check with your country's import regulations before placing orders.
